let me explain the guy in the photo is not all there,he runs in the morning from a road near me all the way to the hopital,in the afternoon he runs down to the station and catches a taxi, what he is doing in the photo is looking at the traffic lights waiting for them to change to red,as he has worked by the time he gets in the taxi and drive round they will be green,and theres more the fare must not exceed £4.80 no matter how far we are away from his house "stop here please" he then produces a neatly folded £5.00 note you give him 20p change, now this is the daft bit he then gets out a purse "heres a pound tip for you" why not forget the tip and go all the way home i have theory he self destructs at £5.00
